Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale in Cudahy, WI is seeking an experienced N/C Turning Equipment Operator (CNC / Water Jet) for the weekend night shift, Fri-Sun 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, to support forged component production.

You will set up and operate water jet cutting equipment, read drawings and instructions, monitor quality, and maintain a safe, organized work area on a high-pressure shop floor.

Qualifications

• CNC operation experience and setup on horizontal or vertical lathes required.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements accurately.
• Basic reading, math and measurement comprehension essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial water jet cutting equipment on forged components.
• Follow drawings, specifications and machining requirements to ensure quality.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust to maintain dimensional standards.
• Use hand tools and gauges to verify setups and finished parts.
• Inspect work for conformance to specs and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
