Grande Cheese Company is hiring for a Weekend Nights Leader, Manufacturing at our brand-new Chilton facility. You will lead nightly production activities, support continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards across operations.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building a high-performing team in a new facility.

Qualifications

• High School or GED with 8 years in manufacturing and 2+ years in leadership, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or related field strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead nightly production activities and drive operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and lead team members; monitor production goals; solve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement best practices in a new facility.
