Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Generalist to support cheese/whey manufacturing and distribution within our HPWT framework. You will perform tasks across departments as needed to ensure production efficiency and quality.

The position offers a starting pay of $25.70/hr with $3 night shift and $2.25 weekend premiums. Applicants with High School diploma/GED welcome; previous production experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience or training.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and follow technical instructions/policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production duties across departments to meet staffing needs.
• Set up, operate, monitor, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain sanitation of production areas and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; document compliance.
• Cross-train and assist with training new Associates on equipment and procedures.
