Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Aide for the Lincoln unit to assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and patient safety. The role includes basic clerical duties, charting, and support for medical records. Training includes ECG and venipuncture as needed.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, current Nurse Aide I/II certification or registry listing, and BLS certification. Night shifts on weekends are common.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry or state Board Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Take vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Support safety and orient patients to the unit.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and manage supplies.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain medical records.
• Conduct ECG and venipuncture as trained.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
