Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide II for the Atrium Health Lincoln - Nursing: Med Surg 2E unit in Lincolnton, NC. The role is 36 hours/week, full-time, 3p-11p, Monday to Friday, with benefits eligible.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, hygiene, patient transport, and basic clinical tasks such as ECG and venipuncture under supervision. Requires compliance with agency policies and PHI handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for new hires on or after 7/22/2018.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and records measurements accurately.
• Feeds and ambulates patients according to procedures.
• Maintains clean, stocked patient rooms and documents data.
• Observes changes in patient conditions and reports them promptly.
• Performs ECG testing and routine venipuncture as trained.
