Job summary

Residence Charleston Riverview, part of AURO Hotels, is seeking a Part-time Weekend Night Auditor to join our front desk team. You will audit accounts and prepare reports, acting as the third shift Front Desk Agent to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires availability Friday through Sunday; compensation is based on experience, with benefits including 401k, employee discounts, and more. Marriott brand and FOSSE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma and/or 2-3 years' experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Marriott brand and FOSSE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests courteously and go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Register and process guests promptly upon arrival and departure.
• Verify that all charges to guest accounts are correct and post room charges to balance accounts.
