Job summary

SOHO Consulting, LLC is seeking a Weekend Night Auditor in Georgia to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle phone duties overnight. Qualifications

• Opera PMS experience required.
• At least 1 year front desk or night audit experience in a hotel.
• Strong communication, basic computer, reading/writing and math skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in/out.
• Check guests in and out with efficiency and accuracy.
• Answer phone calls professionally and transfer or take messages as needed.
• Process credit card transactions safely and securely.
• Communicate with guests to resolve problems/complaints and determine best actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
