Job summary

Onix Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time role at our Glen Mills, PA property. The Night Auditor will warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, verify payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth nightly operations.

The position emphasizes high-quality service, adherence to brand standards, and the ability to handle security and safety responsibilities during night shifts. Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Food safety certification as required by state and local regulations and brand standards.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests at the front desk in a courteous, efficient and professional manner following company standards.
• Determine guest reservation status and length of stay; assist with registration and room assignment accommodating requests.
• Verify payment method and follow cash handling and credit procedures.
• Maintain front desk and back-office cleanliness; manage safety and security of guest areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with breakfast setup and light houseman tasks as needed.
