Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run the actual night audit process and prepare night audit packet.
• Balance and transmit credit cards and print reports.
• Warmly greet guests, register, manage reservations, and handle overnight front desk duties.
• Respond to guest requests and answer telephone inquiries during overnight hours.
