Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service during overnight hours and perform nightly audit.
• Balance Front Office transactions and prepare daily financial reports.
• Process check-ins/outs, reservations, and upsell hotel services.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and protect company assets.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
