Fort Smith Courtyard by Atrium Hospitality is seeking an overnight front desk associate to support guest needs, process check-ins, and balance nightly revenues at our Fort Smith, AR location. You will be the primary night shift contact, ensuring accuracy in ledgers and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 6+ months of front desk experience, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and property management systems. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Front desk experience or equivalent in hospitality.
• Basic accounting knowledge for revenues and ledgers.

• Proficiency with Excel and property management systems.
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (including late hours).
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with attention to confidentiality.
• Keep operations secure and maintain accurate night-end handoffs.
