Job summary

CMC Hotels in Raleigh, NC seeks a Night Auditor/Night Manager for the Fairfield Inn RDU/Brier Creek. You will oversee guest safety, handle check-ins/outs, and balance daily accounts, mainly during a 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift.

Hospitality experience is valued. You’ll perform balance reconciliation, guest servicing, and reservation updates in the PMS system, with a focus on accurate nightly accounting and responsive guest support.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is highly desired.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS.
• Processing payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database.

Job Description-Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.
