Job summary

Lodging America at Wiggins is seeking a night auditor for Fridays through Sundays to balance and close daily revenues, audit front desk and food & beverage cash flows, and prepare nightly reports. You’ll act as a hotel system liaison during night hours and assist guest services as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, prompt reconciliation, and maintaining guest satisfaction in a high-pace hospitality setting. Previous cash handling and hospitality exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6–12 months in a related role or office setting.
• Accounting or hospitality experience is a bonus.
• Strong cash handling and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash and credit operations for food and beverage outlets.
• Reconcile cashier reports with the restaurant system each night.
• Maintain and post daily balances of house accounts and room charges.
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports.
• Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
• Assist in guest service duties as needed.
