Job summary

Thorne is seeking an Analytical Laboratory Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations in Summerville, SC. The role focuses on safe, efficient testing aligned with quality and regulatory standards, and requires hands-on leadership of lab staff.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs, GLP, cGMP, and ISO 17025, while driving data integrity, process improvements, and collaboration with QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams. Weekend night shift is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with 12 credit hours in chemistry.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated analytical lab.
• Experience supervising laboratory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Analytical Laboratory ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Coach and develop lab personnel in analytical methods, GLP, cGMP, safety and SOPs.
• Oversee workflows including routine testing, stability studies, retained samples and documentation.
