Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville, WI is seeking an MRI Technologist for weekend days. You will perform advanced MRI imaging, use contrast media, and ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality studies in collaboration with radiologists.

The ideal candidate has an accredited radiography or MRI training program, 1–3 years’ MRI experience (new grads considered), ARRT MR certification (or MR plan within 2 years) and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program or MRI training program.
• 1–3 years MRI experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• ARRT MR certification or ARRT with MR credential plan within 2 years of hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Performs MRI procedures with emphasis on patient safety and comfort.
• Prepares patients and obtains informed consent.
• Operates MRI scanner, coils, and related equipment per protocol.
• Reviews clinical history with radiologist to select appropriate study.
• Documents imaging in EMR/PACS and monitors patient during exams.
