AdventHealth is seeking an MRI Technologist for the Weekend Worker Program in Kansas. The role supports the Prairie Star outpatient schedule with weekend days, ensuring accurate imaging and patient comfort.

Responsibilities include imaging, patient positioning, safety monitoring, and documentation within EMR and PACS. Candidates must hold ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification, BLS, and meet licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRI procedures and safety protocols required.
• Proven patient care skills and ability to educate patients.
• Familiarity with EMR/PACS systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.
• Educates patients and family about MRI procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions.
• Positions patients accurately and comfortably to ensure high-quality imaging.
