AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, KS is seeking an MRI Radiology Tech Aide for part-time weekend shifts at Prairie Star. You will assist patients preparing for imaging exams, support technologists during procedures, and help maintain clean, stocked imaging rooms.

This role requires excellent customer service, the ability to multitask, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff. A high school diploma and BLS certification are required, with 1+ year hospital radiology experience

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with preparation for imaging exams, including attire changes and identity verification under supervision.
• Support technologists during procedures by positioning patients, moving equipment, or preparing exam rooms as directed.
• Clean and restock imaging rooms between patients, ensuring cleanliness and infection control.
• Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment; alert staff when items are low.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and support communication between departments to improve workflow.
• Greets, escorts, and transports patients to and from imaging areas, ensuring safety and timely movement.
