AdventHealth is seeking an MRI Technologist for a Weekend Worker Program in Prairie Star, KS. The role involves performing MRI imaging, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and adhering to safety guidelines and regulatory standards.

Weekend shifts involve days with time-and-a-half pay for weekend work. Responsibilities include room readiness, patient positioning, IV contrast administration per safety guidelines, and accurate documentation in EMR/PACS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years radiology experience or MRI training.

Responsabilités

• Set up exam rooms, prepare equipment, and ensure safety checks.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and safety.
• Position and image patients per physician orders.
• Operate MRI equipment and monitor patient status during scans.
• Document findings and maintain EMR records.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
