Job summary

Fork Lore in South Asheville (Biltmore Farms) seeks a friendly Restaurant Host to welcome guests, assist with seating, and support the dining team for a superb guest experience.

The role requires Saturday-Sunday morning shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in food service or hotel setting are preferred. Hilton discounts and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in the Food Service Industry is a plus.
• 1+ year in a hotel setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork per standards of service.
• Assist guests proactively and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Listen and respond to guest needs, resolving issues quickly.
