Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Weekend Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role operates and monitors press equipment on a Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) with 12-hour shifts, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/production or machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor press equipment to meet production goals
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
