Job summary

Synergy Solutions is seeking a Production Mixing Associate for an in-person role at our Uniontown, OH headquarters. The position offers $18.00-$26.00 per hour, with growth from Entry Operator to Skilled and Lead Operator based on skill and leadership.

Responsibilities include batching, quality control, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Requires blending experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience blending powders and liquids preferred.
• Prior experience as a warehouse worker.
• Familiar with inventory software or systems.
• Knowledge of modern warehousing practices.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one on-site.
• Able to stand or walk for most of a shift.

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Recycle used drums of finished goods.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 / hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8-Hour Shift, Monday-Friday Experience: Manufacturing: 2 Years & Blending/Mixing: 1 Year (Required)

The Role

We are looking for a Production Mixing Associate with blending/mixing experience - or someone eager
to learn the trade - or someone eager

Key Responsibilities

• Gather materials and create batches of product using specific techniques and processes
• Perform quality control on raw materials and finished goods, and transfer batches into finished goods
  containers
• Perform inventory control and maintain quality standards for audits
• Report discrepancies and quality control issues
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
• Recycle used drums of finished goods

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience mixing/blending raw materials (powders and liquids) preferred
• Prior experience as a warehouse worker
• Proficiency with inventory software/systems encouraged (not required)
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Current forklift license, or willingness to obtain one on-site
• Able to stand/walk for the majority of a shift (required)

Pay & Growth Potential

Pay starts at $18-$20/hr as an Entry Operator, with a clear path to $21-$24/hr as a Skilled Operator and
$24-$26/hr as a Lead Operator. Advancement is based on skill, consistency, and leadership - not tenure
alone. Additional skill premiums ($0.50-$2.00/hr) are available for forklift certification, hazmat certification,
and multi-department cross-training.
