Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a Merchandising Lead to oversee the workflow of assigned merchandising teams and partner with the Merchandising Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service. The role includes training new Merchandisers and ensuring adherence to state liquor laws as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Must own/operate a mobile smartphone device.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow of assigned merchandising team.
• Monitor sales, delivery and service levels in the retail market.
• Assist with customer calls, complaints and issues promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with store personnel and sales/delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Supervisor to resolve customer service issues.
• Train, support and evaluate Merchandisers to meet needs.
