Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products in customer retail locations, maintaining multiple accounts and following planograms. This role supports weekend afternoon schedules and requires safe handling of products while engaging with store management.

Responsibilities include rotating products, displaying POS materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal shelf presence. A valid driver’s license and reliable driving history are required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with store personnel and customers.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on displays and shelves per program.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor.
• Create/display point of sale materials and rotate stock.
• Maintain backroom organization and manage pallets and shells.
• Build relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and initiatives.
