The role requires following planograms, communicating with store management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product placement.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking abilities.
• Company-provided cell phone available.

Responsibilities

• Fill and rotate products on display per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display area.
• Create and place point-of-sale materials on display.
• Organize back room and manage stock.
• Build relationships with store personnel and respond to requests.
