Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple accounts with approved products and proper handling.

The role requires following planograms, communicating with store management, and maintaining displays. Candidates should have high school education and prior retail experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have effective communication skills including listening and writing.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Fills and merchandises coolers within outlet and displays on sales floor.
• Organizes and maintains back room cooler and handles returns or dispose of waste.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive pricing discussions.
