Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, following planograms to attract shoppers and manage multiple accounts. The role requires merchandising products, rotating stock, and maintaining displays in accordance with procedures.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service experience, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises products in cold vaults and on shelves per procedures and programs.
• Fills coolers and sales floor displays and rotates stock.
• Maintains back room cooler by organizing product by package and flavor and prepares items for driver pickup.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and proactive pricing.
