Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. You will ensure displays, end caps, and racks are filled and rotate products for quality and freshness.

Work weekends with a 7 am start; maintains backroom inventory, communicates with store personnel, and builds displays per company standards. Requires HS diploma and reliable vehicle for travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic computer and smartphone/laptop skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Build or adjust product displays and maintain signage.
• Manage backroom inventory and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
• Process damaged products and re-pack as needed.
• Communicate shift outcomes and provide account recaps via Teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
