Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Danville, IL is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. You will fill end caps, racks and displays, monitor date codes, and rotate products to ensure freshness, working weekends with two weekdays off and a 5 am start.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in grocery/retail or related field, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance; clean driving record.
• Experience with pallet jacks or high loader lifts preferred; certification obtainable upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards.
• Manage backroom inventory and rotate stock; report inventory levels.
• Evaluate and process damaged product; organize backstock and paperwork.
• Communicate with team via Teams and provide account recap photos after servicing.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
