Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Merchandiser to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts and ensure displays, end caps, racks, and shelves are filled for customers. The role includes rotating product for freshness and monitoring date codes to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic computer application and technology skills; knowledge of how to operate a smart phone and/or laptop.
• Flexibility with work hours; able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays due to customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain signage; clean space and secure damaged product.
• Manage backroom by organizing products, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting to the account manager using FIFO.
• Evaluate and process damaged product; re-pack and rotate stock; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with team and store personnel after servicing accounts; share recap pictures and updates via Teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
