Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts, ensure displays are filled, rotate products for freshness, and monitor date codes. The role requires being 18+, having a driver’s license, and at least one year of related work experience.

Weekend work is expected with start times around 7 am. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, building displays, managing backroom inventory with FIFO, handling damaged product, and reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field is required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance; driving record within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Stock beverage products in retail accounts and ensure shelves and displays are filled.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and maintain signage and clean space.
• Manage backroom inventory with FIFO to support timely sales.
• Process damaged product, re-pack, rotate stock, and complete paperwork.
• Communicate account status and post recap photos after servicing accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
