Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Merchandiser to stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts and ensure displays are full and current. You will monitor date codes, rotate stock, and maintain end caps and signage across multiple stores.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate basic warehouse equipment. A personal vehicle is needed for this daytime position with some variability in hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field is required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred. Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire is required.
• Flexibility with work hours; able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays due to customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, displays, and coolers and transport products between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and maintain signage; clean space and secure damaged products.
• Manage backroom inventory with FIFO practices and coordinate with store personnel.
• Evaluate and process damaged product and re-pack as needed; rotate stock weekly.
• Communicate with teams and provide recaps and photos after servicing accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
