Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca‑Cola beverage products in retail accounts. You will fill end caps and racks, rotate dates for freshness, and ensure displays meet company standards. Strong organization and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities include replenishing shelves, building displays, managing inventory with FIFO, and communicating with store personnel. Candidates should be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 40

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum one year of work experience.
• Prior retail, grocery, warehouse or related experience is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as driven by demand.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves, racks, and displays and manage backroom inventory.
• Set up and adjust product displays, maintain signage, and rotate stock.
• Communicate with store staff and account manager; report on out-of-stocks and issues.
• Process damaged product and re-pack as needed; organize backroom materials.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate with teams; provide shift recaps with photos.
