Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership is seeking a merchandising associate to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move items from storage to the floor across assigned accounts.

You will maintain backroom organization, build store-level relationships, and keep displays fresh to maximize sales, with evening, weekend, and holiday hours expected. Weekend availability is required to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at required level.
• Valid driver's license and insurance (not required for ages 16–17 on single account).
• Reliable transportation to accounts.
• Pallet jack or forklift certification where necessary.
• Knowledge of general merchandising.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Basic computer skills (tablets and PCs).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to support team and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Maintain backroom/back stock areas in an orderly fashion.
• Keep merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase sales.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Communicate with the Customer upon arrival and departure from the store.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
