Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership is hiring a merchandiser to stock and rotate products across multiple accounts. The role involves setting up displays, moving products from backroom to floor, and maintaining organized backstock while building store-level customer relationships.

Typical shift runs 5:00 AM–1:00 PM Tue–Sat, pay is based on experience. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write at a level required for job performance.
• Valid driver's license and adequate insurance coverage, unless 16–17 and reporting to one account.
• Reliable transportation to accounts.
• Basic computer/tablet literacy.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelving, coolers and displays in accounts.
• Rotate products backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and sales floor.
• Maintain orderly backstock areas.
• Keep displays designed to boost sales.
• Build store-level customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers on arrival/departure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
