Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership in Seward, NE is seeking a part-time merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays and move items from storage to the sales floor.

You will build relationships with store staff, maintain backroom organization, and help maximize in-store presentation and sales. Candidate should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write at a basic level to perform duties and safety documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with merchandising and basic store operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelving, coolers, and displays with assigned products.
• Rotate products in backrooms and on shelves.
• Transport products from backroom to sales floor as needed.
• Maintain organized backstock and clean work areas.
• Enhance display presentation to help drive sales and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with store staff and customers at the account level.
• Communicate with customers on store arrival and departure.
