Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field merchandising associate to stock shelves, coolers, and displays in large-volume stores. You will rotate products, transport items from backroom to sales floor, and set up promotions.

You will use equipment like U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks while maintaining stock and relationships with store personnel. The role is labor-intensive with lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending, reaching, and squatting as you merchandise and move products across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation to access multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf.
• Use equipment to move products (U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Set up displays and promotional materials in accounts.
• Maintain neat backroom stock and report issues to management.
• Build relationships with store personnel and PepsiCo reps.
• Operate with minimal supervision and input orders on handheld devices.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
