Job summary

LinPepCo is seeking a Merchandise Associate in York, Nebraska, to stock shelves, rotate products, and build strong store-level customer relationships. You will set up displays, manage backstock, and help move products from storage to floor locations.

This role supports evening, weekend, and holiday hours with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at required level.
• Valid driver's license and required insurance.
• Reliable transportation to and from accounts.
• Pallet jack and/or forklift certification where needed.
• Knowledge of general merchandising.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and sales floor.
• Maintain organized backroom/back stock areas.
• Keep displays arranged to drive sales.
• Build relationships with store customers.
• Communicate with customers on arrival/departure.
