Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician (Weekends) in Nevada. This part-time position supports adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings, focusing on safety, daily living skills, and behavioral support.

The role offers weekend hours, with duties including documentation, basic care, and transport of clients to activities. Previous CNA/CMA experience is a plus; CDL not required initially.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience or self-employment.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license at time of hire; ability to obtain MO class E license by end of 60-day period.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in building life skills, routines and social behaviors.
• Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition.
• Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
