Job summary

Langdon Place of Nashua is hiring a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support our residents with compassion and professionalism. You’ll assist licensed nursing staff with safe medication administration, observe for changes in condition, and document all activities according to facility policy.

Qualified NH MNA certification, prior long‑term care or assisted living experience, reliability and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Valid MNA certification in New Hampshire.
• Previous experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision.
• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly.
• Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies.
• Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management.
• Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications.
• Storing and handling medications safely and securely.
• Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned.

Langdon Place of Nashua, a trusted senior living and skilled nursing community, is now under new local ownership and looking to grow our dedicated care team. We are currently hiring a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support our residents with compassion and professionalism.

Compensation:

$23.00 - $27.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Key Responsibilities:

As an MNA, you’ll assist licensed nursing staff and help maintain safe, accurate medication practices. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision
• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly
