Langdon Place of Nashua in Nashua, NH is seeking a dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support residents with compassion and professionalism. The role emphasizes safe medication practices and collaboration with licensed nursing staff.

Shift is 3PM–11PM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience, with applicable shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Valid MNA certification in NH.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to assist with medication administration and vital signs as directed.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications under nurse supervision.
• Observe residents for changes and report findings.
• Document all medication administration per policy.
• Follow written and verbal medication instructions.
• Take vital signs and assist with dose calculations.
• Stock carts and safely store medications.
• Respond to resident needs and assist with care tasks as assigned.

Langdon Place of Nashua, a trusted senior living and skilled nursing community, is now under new local ownership and looking to grow our dedicated care team. We are currently hiring a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support our residents with compassion and professionalism.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Shift: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 based on experience + applicalbe shift differentials

Key Responsibilities:

As an MNA, you’ll assist licensed nursing staff and help maintain safe, accurate medication practices. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision

• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly

• Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies

• Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management

• Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications

• Storing and handling medications safely and securely

• Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned

Your accuracy, attentiveness, and calm presence help ensure residents receive safe, consistent care every day.

Qualifications:

• Valid MNA certification in New Hampshire

• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
