Job summary

Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an MNA looking for a set schedule with minimal hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

This part-time role offers Monday 3PM–11PM and every other weekend, with compensation ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire MNA license in good standing.
• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident information.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and care team.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

As an MNA, you will:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information
