MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Halethorpe, MD, for a part-time Sunday shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role involves safely driving a company-owned vehicle, transporting lab specimens and medical materials, and maintaining professional client interactions.

Weekend hours include a $1.00/hr differential, and a company-wide benefits package is available, including medical plans, 401(k), paid time off, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ with a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and adapt to technology.
• Willingness to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route duties may vary and may include multiple routes.
