Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Houston, TX. The role involves weekend night shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10:30pm–7:00am) starting and ending at the Westchase hub.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour weekend differential. Primary duties include driving a company vehicle to transport medical specimens and supplies, using a handheld scanner, performing safety inspections, and ensuring professional representation of MedSpeed while on client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Ability to follow procedures closely.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload, conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintain a clean vehicle.
