Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Mechatronics Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining industrial electronic and electrical systems on advanced automated equipment.

You will apply mechanical, electrical, computer and software skills to robots and automated systems in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The role requires 4+ years of experience, the ability to work at heights up to 125 feet, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining Industrial Electronic and Electrical systems.
• Experience with engineering science and technology in production settings.
• Knowledge of design techniques and tools and strong analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with computers and electronics and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Perform continuous operational checks of equipment and preventive maintenance
• Repair and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts on equipment
• Work at heights up to 125 feet and follow safety procedures
• Lift/carry/push/pull equipment of various weights
• Operate in high-noise and electromagnetic field environments
