Job summary

Ontic in Creedmoor, NC is seeking a Material Handler to control material flow, receive goods, and perform cycle counts. You will work onsite Fridays through Sundays, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of stockroom experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. You will help maintain accurate inventory, labels, and traceability across the stockroom.

Qualifications

• Two years of stockroom and inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Proficiency in ERP inventory management software and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and receive materials into the stockroom with accuracy.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Move materials within the stockroom and plant using various equipment.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient inventory processes.
• Store and organize materials with proper labeling and traceability.
• Perform kitting activities and assemble components as instructed.
• Fill orders accurately and record transactions.
• Enter inventory data into the ERP system.
• Process perpetual inventory adjustments as needed.
• Maintain product identification and location programs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile them.
