Job summary

Openwork seeks a reliable Material Handler II in Charlotte, NC to support production by pulling orders, delivering materials, and maintaining inventory. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in material handling and forklift operation.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, organizing, and staging materials to maintain production
• Responding to department calls to assist in material transport
• Performing regular inventory counts
• Investigating and staging incoming material in ERP as needed
• Running ERP reports to forecast material needs
• Root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies with leadership
• Organizing parts and pallets with part numbers, heat numbers, and job numbers
• Back-up coverage for other Material Handlers as needed
