Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a multi-station broadcast hub environment.
• Solid knowledge of FCC regulations related to master control operations.
• Strong understanding of broadcast signal flow and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and training to Hub Operations staff.
• Coordinate and approve time off requests and staff scheduling guidance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Participate in interview and hiring for new hires.
• Ensure employees follow policies and procedures.
• Guide live event requirements and execution.
