Priority StaffCorp is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee weekend production in our sheet metal fabrication facility. This hands-on leadership role requires leading by example, coordinating weekend shifts, and making on-the-floor decisions to keep production on schedule.

You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, coach staff, and collaborate with maintenance and scheduling to minimize downtime while meeting customer deadlines.

Competenze

• Previous supervisor/lead or team leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal production processes.
• Experience with laser cutting, press brakes, welding and robotic welding.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality and safety practices.
• Strong communication and decision making abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and keep employees focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/warehouse systems or payroll software is a plus.
• Ability to motivate, train and hold team members accountable.

3238hr Direct Hire Weekend Shift We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee weekend production for a busy sheet metal manufacturing operation This is a hands on leadership position for someone who knows manufacturing can lead by example and is comfortable making decisions on the production floor The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and a strong understanding of fabrication processes employee performance safety and production scheduling

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Comfortable working in a fast paced hands on manufacturing environment
• Experience with Infor ERP AS400 Controlled Warehouse Systems or Paycor is a plus
• Ability to motivate train and hold team members accountable
