• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair and maintenance of building systems (plumbing, electrical, doors/windows, and mechanical) as directed.
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms and common areas; sweeps and mops floors.
• Notifies Property Manager or supervisor of emergencies, hazards, or issues.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies as needed and ensures safe work environment.
