Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts to support beverage canning and high-speed packaging lines. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, experience with PLCs, and the ability to work weekends and on-call shifts. Compensation includes overtime incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed equipment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC systems and high-speed packaging machinery.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, extra hours, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production machinery using electrical and mechanical skills.
• Provide rapid response to line issues to keep operations running.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility systems and machinery.
• Assist with production changeovers, setups, and daily operations.
• Document maintenance activities and logs, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance.
